Jillian - The host was extremely responsive anytime I needed anything! The house was beautiful and neighborhood was peaceful. Pool areas and playgrounds where clean. I would book with Joseph again.

Kimberly - This Airbnb was wonderful! It was within walking distance of the ocean (which I was able to do 8 months pregnant), had a lot of beach amenities! My favorite being the pop up shade tent. The neighborhood was peaceful. The nearby restaurants we ate at were also within walking a distance and very yummy! (Bayou on the beach, Firefly and los rancheros) I would definitely stay here again.

Christian - We had a great time on our spring break trip in Panama City at Sunny Side Up! Joseph was a great host who was responsive and very accommodating. Whether it were space to play board games in the living room or to watch March madness at dinner at the dining room table, this place had it all! Plus, it was walking distance from the beach! Affordable price, great location, and all-in-all a great experience!

Dan -  We stayed at Joseph’s place for 2 months. Everything was great! It was exactly like the photos and well stocked. The condo is part of a larger gated complex located across the street from the beach. The complex has a pedestrian gate and a traffic controlled crosswalk that takes you across front beach road to a beach front clubhouse, pool and a public access to the beach. There are also family friendly restaurants right outside the complex. Everyone we met within the complex including residents and staff were also very friendly, including the neighbors to Joseph’s condo. The complex is quiet and we felt safe the entire time. Joseph and Tonya were excellent hosts. Very fast response and great communication. The microwave stopped working while we were there (it was only a year old) and Tonya and Joseph had it replaced right away. The maintenance technician came exactly on time and was very friendly. We would stay here again if we are in the area. Thank You!

Cliff -  This was one of the best AirBNB's we've stayed at in a long time. The complex was across from the beach and had a community pool/clubhouse on the beach making it easy to walk to. This unit is one of the furthest away, but the beach cart in the shed worked great. It wasn't an issue for us, but for someone that doesn't walk well it might be. There are MANY pools in the complex. There were 2 right by us and 1 was heated (I think all but 2 are heated) and felt great. The unit itself had everything we needed for the month including a great kitchen stocked with just about every pot, pan, silverware, etc. that you would need. There was even an air fryer in the closet (even though we didn't use it). A washer and dryer. The decor was just my taste. A clean beachy feel. With nice TVs in every room and 2.5 baths, we were more than comfortable. Once we got the new updated key codes to get in the gates of the complex on the first day, we were all set. The door code on the unit worked great too.

Elizabeth -  We enjoyed our stay at this town home. It was comfortable and cozy for our whole family. The town home came with lots of extra beach gear including a beach cart, chairs, balls, snorkel gear, and boogie boards that the children enjoyed. Response time was quick and helpful, and the resort had several heated pools and lit tennis courts that we enjoyed. Perfect stay in a beautiful setting!

James - Joseph was a great host. This unit is tops, clean, quiet, comfortable, a great value. The family and grandchildren enjoyed so much and we all are looking forward to our next stay. The unit was very well stocked, kitchen, baths, and laundry. The patio was enjoyed by all. Easy parking, short walk to the beach. Gated community, beach access, mini golf, pools everywhere (11), tennis and more. THANKS for it all Joseph.

Cynthia - It was a great stay! Beautiful clean place. Easy access to everything we needed in home and attractions.

Ricardo - Property is close to the grocery, stores and the beach! All you need is included in the property like tennis racquet, beach toys, trolley and even rice cooker! Joseph was an excellent host and he will make sure everything will be “taken cared” off, for us to enjoy our vacation. Will definitely rent again in the future! A++ rating!

Jonathan - Amazing place to stay.  We loved every minute. Facilities and entertainment was very close.  We will definitely be back.

Callie - We are very happy with our stay here. This is our 3rd year in Panama City and 2nd staying with Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. We love all the things to do right here for our kids and the beach is so close. Also, the many things nearby. We are pleased with your place, plenty of room and love the open concept living area. Very clean and equipped wth everything we needed! Decor was very cute and made it very comfortable. Last, we love the digital pin access that made it so easy. Was very easy to get ahold of you as well. WONDERFUL PLACE!!

Tracy - We really enjoyed your townhome. First time we stayed in Gulf Highlands. Always stayed in the High Rise condos. Decided we were tired of the elevators and trying to find parking. We extended our stay from another townhouse. Joe and Megan were very gracious to rent to us short notice for 4 days and very easy to contact them. My wife and I really though this town home was decorated with attention to every detail. It felt like a home away from home. Easy access for everything  and was very stress free.  People were very friendly and was thankful for the beach cart and cabana as we spend alot of time o the beach.
